The Chef MATTEO MORRA has always been committed to studying and researching the gastronomic products of the area and offering a service with attention to every detail.

His cuisine offers both traditional dishes, ideal for discovering the typicality of the Langa flavors, as well as more original and creative dishes, all accompanied by an extensive wine list, with local, Italian and international labels. The creation of the menus starts from the choice of raw materials, all of the highest quality and the result of a careful selection of local producers. Expertly, then, they are combined and brought to the table, served in an elegant room or in the outdoor area overlooking the garden by a dynamic and professional staff.

MORRA RESTAURANT is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week, with the exception of Sunday evening and Monday (bar service is always available).


Every morning a rich and delicious breakfast awaits you, with the offer of the typical Italian café, American coffee and other cold and hot drinks and with a wide selection of both sweet and savory foods. Curated directly by Chef and his staff, for the rooms it is always included, while it is subject to payment of a supplement for accommodation in the mini apartment.
